Your family may love air conditioning but so does mould and bacteria. Breathing in these contaminants can result in such illnesses as asthma attacks, hayfever, cold and flu-like systems, skin irritation, fatigue, headaches and nausea.

 A regular service and preventative maintenance of your air conditioning system is important to help maintain maximum performance and efficiency. Reduces power consumption, improves the air flow and most importantly improves the quality of air that you breath. 

 We recommend your air conditioning system be serviced at least once every 12 months to ensure a greater life span of the unit.

Split Systems

    • Inspection and cleaning of filters

    • Inspect and clear condensate tray & drains to preventing water leaks

    • Coil treat indoor heat exchanger with non- toxic Foaming Coil Cleaner and Degreaser to remove excess dirt and grime build up. Will improve air flow and efficiency

    • A thin coat of anti-bacterial Coil Protection Treatment will be applied on the heat exchanger to stop slime, mould and bacteria from colonising on the coil – this last for 12 months.

    Also Includes: Fan Wheel Clean – The fan wheel is one of the parts along with the indoor coils and filters in an a/c unit that often get clogged due to debris and lack of maintenance. It greatly affects the air flow distribution which creates abnormal refrigerant pressures which can then lead to compressor failure as well as excess power bills.

    This service is highly recommended for mould and extreme dirt build up.
